The summer training takes place from 19:00-20:30 Uhr. The location changed temporarily to the ABC Bewegungscenter. Only one training per week happens during summertime. Kids and adults train together at the same trainingsession as opossed to the seperate training during the year.
All Tuesday trainings take place in the gymnasium on the ground floor.
KIDS TRAINING (under 12 years) and kids beginners course located at the Europaschule from till .
PARENT-KIDS-TRAINING in the Europaschule from till . The training takes place parallelly to the kids training (same gymnasium, same time).
USI, BEGINNER sowie ADVANCED CLASSES in the Europaschule fromtill. The advanced classes have the opportunity to practice 30 min longer, to improve their techniques and to prepare for belt exams or tournaments.
ADVANCED TRAINING (as of 1st belt exam = 9th Kyu) in the Europaschule from till , on the ground floor).
Free training (only advanced classes) in a private gymnasium in the Holzstraße 11, 4020 Linz.
Basic idea: Extra preparation for belt exams and tournaments as well as practicing special techniques.
In these training sessions no trainer is responsible, making groups is also possible. In the training participants can support each other. It is also possible to make strech exercises.
Training times on Sunday:
Beginners just need comfortable sport clothings, during the training we practice Karate barefoot. The white japanese Karate clothing (jap. "Gi") is normally ordered a few months later after the first belt exam was passed .
The parent-kids trainig takes place in the same gymnasium and at the same time likr the kids training. It is the big gymnasium in the ground floor.
In general the minimum age for joining the training is 6 years. In some rare cases the kid is already able to follow the trainig at the age of 5.
The USI beginners course ends with the first belt exam - the exam for the white belt - which will be aprox. after 4 months but depending on training progress. Following on that it is possible to join the regaular Karate training.
No. Karate is a holisitc sport, which can be done at any age. Goal is to keep mental and physical fitness.
